This policy applies to tokenpico.com, an independently operated TokenPico project. For privacy questions or requests concerning support correspondence, contact support@tokenpico.com.

Local inputs

Prompt text, uploaded file contents and filenames are processed in browser memory. The counter sends work to a local browser worker. Inputs are not uploaded, placed into URLs, written to local storage or collected through analytics.

Moving between tools

Only numeric token counts and workload settings are passed in URL fragments between Counter, Calculator and Compare. These counts do not include your text, filename or API key.

Browser storage and site features

The site saves only your selected language in local storage. It has no account system, advertising integrations, site analytics or online API-key entry. TokenPico does not set its own tracking cookies. Browser extensions and third-party websites have their own behavior and policies.

Hosting and network requests

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Delivering pages and static assets involves processing network request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information. This infrastructure processing is separate from the prompt and file contents kept in your browser.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive the sender address and the message information you choose to provide. Support mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail inbox and is used to respond, investigate corrections and manage the conversation. Do not send API keys, private prompts, payment information or unnecessary personal data.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of support correspondence where applicable. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Official pricing, benchmark and storefront links lead to third-party websites. Visiting those sites is subject to their privacy policies; a link does not grant TokenPico access to your account there.

Clear and close

Use Clear to remove current inputs, or close the page. The website does not intentionally retain drafts. Browser behavior such as tab restoration is controlled by your browser. Only your language preference is saved locally; text, files and API keys are never saved.

Policy updates

Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date. If the site's collection or integrations change, the policy must be updated to describe the actual behavior.
